I’m a bold , bold, bold person. That’s just who I am. Does it mean I jump to conclusions sometimes? Yeah, I can own that. But the core of me, especially when it comes to people I know and care about, is always trying to figure out where things clash so we can fix it. My go-to is pretty much: "Yo, how can we make this right?" Stepping into new roles at 22 feels... strange sometimes. Like I'm navigating a whole new landscape. As a Haitian, non-binary person, I know I'm bringing a unique perspective and making contributions, but navigating that, especially the idea of networking while potentially being misunderstood – it’s a process. Sometimes I pause and think, "Why didn't I understand that sooner?" or "Why didn't I know?" But that's part of growth, right?...
